To hear the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry tell it, the majority of the Lincoln Parish legislative delegation is doing a pretty pitiful job when it comes to backing bills that protect business and support a strong economy.
The lobby group released its annual legislative scorecard last week, and if they’d given letter grades on a traditional 10-point scale, the local guys would have racked up three “F’s,” one “D” and one low “A.”
