Blue Chip is an employee health benefits program from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Exclusively for members of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI).  It offers a unique package of benefits that provides the broad coverage you need along with several enhancements.

We at LABI and Associated Benefit Consultants of Louisiana (ABC is LABI's Benefit Plan Consultant) are excited about the future of our Blue Chip Health Plan. Currently, the Blue Chip Health Plan offers exclusive benefits and unique services including an ERISA wrap around document, a Blue Chip Administration Manual, a waived Blue Cross administration fee, and a free section 125 Premium Only Plan.
